Boot camp classes are one way clients at One On One Fitness get the “resultz” they deserve.

“Boot camp” is a type of group physical training program conducted by our trainers. Our boot camp classes intense, fast-paced, and fun!  These classes are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of group workouts (combining cardio, calisthenics, and weight training).
